Hi Mr. Pettit,

My name is Mr.Kendell, and I am excited to be in your class this year. I enjoy learning about technology, building projects, and trying new creative ideas. I also like working with my hands and solving problems step by step. Outside of school, I spend time with my family and enjoy hobbies like cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. I am looking forward to learning more and having a great experience in your class.

My favorite food is pizza because it reminds me of spending time with my family. One night, we decided to make pizza together from scratch, and it turned into one of my favorite memories. We laughed a lot, tried new toppings, and I learned how to make dough the right way. Since then, I have enjoyed making my own pizza using a 70 percent hydration dough because it makes the crust light and airy. That experience is why pizza is more than just food to me.

This is my favorite pizza recipe because it combines both creativity and tradition in a way that feels personal to me. I enjoy making a 70 percent hydration dough because it creates a soft, airy crust with a slightly crispy edge, which makes the pizza taste even better. The combination of pineapple, ham, and anchovies might sound unusual, but I like how it mixes sweet, salty, and savory flavors all in one bite. This recipe reminds me of the time I spent learning to make pizza from scratch and experimenting with toppings until I found something I really loved. Making this pizza is not just about eating, but about the experience of creating something unique and meaningful.
