The Situation

You just got home from school and sit down at your desk to start your homework. As you begin working, you realize your desk could use a few improvements.

Instead of buying something, you decide to use technology and 3D design to solve the problems yourself!

Using Tinkercad, you will design four objects that could eventually be 3D printed and used at your homework desk.

Your Challenge

Create all four objects:

1. Phone Stand — BLUE
Design a stand that could hold your phone upright while you work.

2. Pencil & Pen Holder — ORANGE
Design a container that could hold pencils and pens. Your name must be part of the design.

3. Bookmark — PINK
You have a book report to finish. Design a personalized bookmark that could be 3D printed and used in your book.

4. Soda Can Holder with Handle
Design a holder that a soda can could sit inside. Your design must include a handle, similar to a mug.

Design Requirements

Your objects should be designed as if they were actually going to be 3D printed. Think about their size, shape, strength, and purpose.

Don't simply copy the example. Be creative and make each design your own.

Your goal is to use technology to identify a need, design a solution, and create a useful product.
